The TLC Wig Closet
The TLC Wig Closet is a non-profit operating under the McAlester Regional Health Center Foundation in McAlester, Oklahoma. Our mission is to provide cancer patients in our community the resource and opportunity to obtain wigs and other head coverings at no charge.
The TLC Memorial Wig Closet was founded by Ashley Lerblance and her daughter, Lexie. Ashley was diagnosed with breast cancer and took chemotherapy, as a result, she lost her hair. When Ashley started looking for wigs for her hair loss, she was disappointed to not be able to find any in the area. She and her daughter decided to create a safe haven for people going through cancer that are experiencing hair loss.

Our Services
The TLC Wig Closet is a resource in the Southeast Oklahoma area for cancer patients needing wigs, scarves, hats, and other head coverings. They also have some bras and breast prosthesis’ for breast cancer patients
Location & Hours
We are located on the first floor of the McAlester Regional Health Center Healthplex. The address is 10 S. Third Street in McAlester.

We are on the 1st floor of the Southeast Healthplex building on the corner of 3rd and Chickasaw in McAlester.

The TLC Wig Closet, named after my grandmother, is a place where people can come not only for wigs, but advice. This advice and support can make them feel more like themselves in addition to the head-coverings.

We are volunteer based, and an appointment is required.
Being appointment-only ensures that each person gets one-on-one support from a Wig Closet volunteer.
